The Causeway and Black Horse Way dental practices have provided high-quality dental treatment in Horsham and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. We are one of Horsham's largest dental care centres and are committed to clinical excellence.
We provide a wide range of clinical and cosmetic dental treatment and treat patients of all ages.
Our core aim is to provide patient-focussed treatment with your wishes at its heart. We strive to provide you with full information about any treatment you need and to let you know all the options available to you, enabling you to make an informed decision from the outset and making you a key part of your treatment planning process.
We are committed to preventative dentistry, to stop problems before they start and to avoid potentially more expensive treatment down the line. Our team is focussed on educating all of our patients on the very best dental care for their individual needs, helping achieve the best long-term prognosis for their teeth and reducing the risk of future dental problems.
At the Causeway and Blackhorse Way dental practices we constantly review the care and service we provide. All our staff undertake regular training in life support and exceed their legal requirements in undertaking continuing professional development to maintain their clinical knowledge. Where possible our staff will always undertake evidence-based dentistry in accordance with current UK guidance.
We have a dedicated central sterilisation room at both our practices to ensure the highest levels of infection control are maintained in accordance with the department of health's best practice guidelines.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to reassure patients of the standard of care they receive. We are also undertaking the voluntary assessment by the British Dental Association to gain accreditation by the Good Practice Scheme as evidence of the quality we provide in our care.

We have been instructed by the Chief Dental Officer for England (UK GOV) to suspend all non-urgent care to safeguard our patients and staff while assisting the government in their efforts to promote social distancing. Our staff are working through the diaries to contact those affected and will do so on a week by week basis until we know when services can resume as normal.
If you have a dental emergency or require advice please be assured we are still here for you, however! Please call the practice and a member of our clinical team will triage your concerns and provide either appropriate over the phone advice for self-care or direct you to a safe facility for your care if deemed appropriate.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY OUR DENTISTS.
The NHS is well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases and has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.
