Please note our Blackhorse Way Dental Practice is closed for important major refurbishment works between 13th August to the 24th August. Our team will be working at the Causeway Dental Practice instead as normal, patients with appointments should go to this practice instead. The telephone number has been redirected to the other practice so you can continue to call the same number but please be aware that due to reduced capacity it may take longer than normal to get through to us and we will have reduced emergency appointment spaces so a strict triaging policy will be in place to prioritise those patients in need of more urgent care. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this period.
The Causeway and Black Horse Way dental practices have provided high-quality dental treatment in Horsham and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. We are one of Horsham's largest dental care centres and are committed to clinical excellence.
We provide a wide range of clinical and cosmetic dental treatment and treat patients of all ages.
Our core aim is to provide patient-focussed treatment with your wishes at its heart. We strive to provide you with full information about any treatment you need and to let you know all the options available to you, enabling you to make an informed decision from the outset and making you a key part of your treatment planning process.
We are committed to preventative dentistry, to stop problems before they start and to avoid potentially more expensive treatment down the line. Our team is focussed on educating all of our patients on the very best dental care for their individual needs, helping achieve the best long-term prognosis for their teeth and reducing the risk of future dental problems.
At the Causeway and Blackhorse Way dental practices we constantly review the care and service we provide. All our staff undertake regular training in life support and exceed their legal requirements in undertaking continuing professional development to maintain their clinical knowledge. Where possible our staff will always undertake evidence-based dentistry in accordance with current UK guidance.
We have a dedicated central sterilisation room at both our practices to ensure the highest levels of infection control are maintained in accordance with the department of health's best practice guidelines.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to reassure patients of the standard of care they receive. We are also undertaking the voluntary assessment by the British Dental Association to gain accreditation by the Good Practice Scheme as evidence of the quality we provide in our care.
