The Causeway and Black Horse Way dental practices have provided high-quality dental treatment in Horsham and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. We are one of Horsham's largest dental care centres and are committed to clinical excellence.
We provide a wide range of clinical and cosmetic dental treatment for NHS and private patients of all ages.
Our core aim is to provide patient-focussed treatment with your wishes at its heart. We strive to provide you with full information about any treatment you need and to let you know all the options available to you, enabling you to make an informed decision from the outset and making you a key part of your treatment planning process.
We are committed to preventative dentistry, to stop problems before they start and to avoid potentially more expensive treatment down the line. Our team is focussed on educating all of our patients on the very best dental care for their individual needs, helping achieve the best long-term prognosis for their teeth and reducing the risk of future dental problems.
At the Causeway and Blackhorse Way dental practices we constantly review the care and service we provide. All our staff undertake regular training in life support and exceed their legal requirements in undertaking continuing professional development to maintain their clinical knowledge. Where possible our staff will always undertake evidence-based dentistry in accordance with current UK guidance.
We have a dedicated central sterilisation room at both our practices to ensure the highest levels of infection control are maintained in accordance with the department of health's best practice guidelines.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to reassure patients of the standard of care they receive. We are also undertaking the voluntary assessment by the British Dental Association to gain accreditation by the Good Practice Scheme as evidence of the quality we provide in our care.

Following the prime minister's announcements of a second lockdown, we have been advised by the government that healthcare services will remain open with no additional restrictions on our services. If you have an appointment with us already then please assume this is still in effect unless we advise you otherwise.
For our NHS services we will continue to prioritise outstanding treatments, patients with urgent care or those with high risk of dental disease.
For patients with our private only dentists we continue to catch up on those waiting for their dental check-ups and welcome your booking.
Our hygienist services also remain fully open and able to book appointments.
Our team is continuing to work hard to resume as normal an NHS service as possible as quickly as we can but due to COVID restrictions we are not yet allowed to fully open our diaries at this time. We are not currently able to accept new patients at this time but if you have a dental emergency you can speak to our duty dentist for a telephone consultation and advice.
