Alpa Desai

Alpa is the Practice Manager. Her background has been Management and Marketing, she joined the practice in 2021.

Her main role is to oversee the practice in every aspect and ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care possible.

This care is delivered by carefully coordinating an effective team, and making sure they have the support, equipment, systems and motivation to deliver a truly excellent service.

Alpa thrives on the daily challenges and loves working alongside her team, she is a people's person who enjoys the interaction with people at all levels. Everyday is different and Alpa likes a hand's on approach. She particularly likes to ensure her team are happy and have the resources they need to carry out their roles effectively.

In her spare time, Alpa loves travelling, going to the gym, meeting family & friends, cooking and walking.
