Very soon we will be sending out our annual patient satisfaction survey to see how we are doing and what we could be better to improve the service and experience we offer our patients. The survey will be sent out over the next couple of weeks by e-mail and can be completed online. Alternatively a paper copy will be available in our practice for patients to complete when they attend.
Your feedback will be reviewed by our whole team in our next team meeting and any good suggestions raised will be adopted by the practice.
Don’t forget you can let us know about any suggestions or feedback you may have at any time during the year! You can either complete a comments card (available in our reception areas), e-mail the practice manager on thecauseway@sussexhealthcare.co.uk, by post to the practice manager or give us a call!
