Having a dental emergency can be a distressing event but our team will do all they can to have you back on the road to recovery straight away. Your dentist will listen to your concerns or problem and offer a solution to resolve it during that appointment where ever possible. Occasionally your dentist may need to provide you with a temporary treatment option (e.g. to get you out of pain) and make arrangements to see you again shortly afterwards to provide a more permanent treatment option.

We reserve several time slots during the course of the day with all our dentists so that we can accommodate all emergencies on the day you call or the next day. If your problem is not an emergency but is urgent, we will aim to see you with in 1-2 days if not sooner. Our reception team will ask some simple questions on behalf of our dentists, so that they can triage your problem and place you with the most appropriate clinician and at the most appropriate time. We recommend that you call us as soon as possible if you have a dental emergency so that we can assist you promptly.
