At the Causeway and Blackhorse Way Dental Practices, we strive to offer the best service possible and to support our patients in maintaining healthy teeth and gums. After listening to our patients, we have introduced a number of plans to support their essential Dental Health requirements. Our Health plans start at just £13.05 per month.

Research has proved conclusively that people with healthy teeth and gums not only have a better quality of life but also have decreased levels of diabetes, digestive problems and heart disease. By encouraging preventative and essential care, a problem can easily be diagnosed and treated saving on what may be a costly treatment. Further, overall health can be maintained.

Our Health Plans are designed to help you reach and maintain your optimum dental health. Membership ensures you have access to quality dental care, provides a simple, flexible way to pay, and supports your commitment to healthy teeth and gums by implementing a comprehensive programme of maintenance, prevention and treatment.

Is insurance cover included in the plan

Our Dental Health Plan is not an insurance scheme but we have arranged insurance from Global Dental Scheme, one of the UK’s leading insurers, to support in paying for the cost of treatment if you damage your teeth as a result of an accident or need a dentist in an emergency outside of normal surgery hours.

The cost is included in your monthly payment and the insurance covers you for:

• Accidental damage to your teeth as a result of a fall or blow
• Emergency treatment – when away from home or outside normal surgery hours
• Hospital benefit – if your stay is due to dental surgery
• Mouth cancer – a lump sum is payable if you are newly diagnosed
• UK based support centre

We guarantee that the combined annual cost of the Dental Health & Hygiene plans will never cost you more than if you paid-as-you-go, providing you not only with peace of mind but also giving access to additional benefits of the Dental Health plans, which includes the 10% treatment discount and insurance cover.

How to join

Signing up to any of our plans is easy and takes just a few minutes. If you are already a patient at the practice and your dentist has already prescribed your required plan click or click on one of the banners above. You will receive an email confirming your acceptance immediately* and your dental records will be updated accordingly. If you are unsure which plan is suitable for you, then please contact the practice team who shall be able to advise which plan would be most beneficial for you.

New Private patients may join either in the practice or online following your initial dental health check. Once you have completed your initial appointment our dental team will prescribe the most suitable plan for you*.

How do I pay

Payments are collected securely by Direct Debit. (The first month’s payment will include a £8.00 registration fee.)
